Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene precautions we do not offer refunds or exchanges on unwanted items.
All items are checked before being dispatched in order to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us immediately to report this before your item is worn or used.

UNCOLLECTED MAIL
In the event you have missed your delivery, it is your responsibility to rearrange a redelivery or collect your parcel with Royal Mail. If you fail to do this within the timeframe Royal Mail retains, your parcel will be returned to us. When this happens you can request for us to resend your parcel, however you will be charged for shipping.
Soigne Styles is not responsible for any lost, stolen, unsigned, delayed or damaged packages via Royal Mail. Once your parcel has been given to the delivery company and you have received a tracking number, they are responsible for your parcel. All parcels are tracked and signed for to ensure that you have received your item and for us to know that your item has been delivered. Please directly call Royal Mail for any issues that may arise.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update it before your order is dispatched. However, if you do not let us know that you have entered the incorrect address we will not be responsible for refunds or replacement. Please be very careful when entering your details as it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these details are correct.
If the parcel has been dispatched prior to receiving contact of the shipping address being incorrect it is the reasonability of the customer to retrieve the parcel from the address they ordered it to. In the event of the parcel returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the re-postage of the order.
